Returns

As a consumer, you have the right to return within 14days of purchase if Used device has a defect that is not self-damaged. In the case of a sales agreement involving the transfer of ownership of physical goods, the deadline for return the sales agreement shall expire 8 days after the date on which you took possession of the goods or on which a third party nominated by you other than the carrier took possession of the goods.

 

In the case of a sales agreement involving the transfer of ownership of a number of items that are shipped separately or an agreement obliging the transfer of ownership of items delivered in batches or in parts, the cancellation period shall begin from the date on which you took possession of the last item, the last batch or part or on which the third party nominated by you other than the carrier took possession of the last item, last batch or part. However, in the case of sales agreements involving services, the 7-day return period shall start on the date of recipient of the product.
